Jennifer Foxx of FPSResources asked me to be her guest today on her blog. Head over there to join a conversation about building community within a piano studio.
For those of you visiting Pianissimo for the first time from Jennifer’s blog, welcome! I hope you’ll stick around and chat about all things piano!
Congratulations! (from one guest blogger to another!) I absolutely loved your article. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thanks for the nice comment, Sara! I actually keep thinking about your guest post, too! I’ve always taught 5 finger patterns by pairing keys that look similar – C and G, D and A, D-flat and A-flat, but it never occurred to me to teach the black and white key opposites together. I’m trying it on my next beginner! 🙂
